In this episode we explore how reclaiming our menstruation as a gateway to the dark, births roots of sovereignty, authority and power in our lives.

In this episode we meander through the inner seasons of our menstrual month and share the many ways we practice menstrual cycle awareness.

We unpack the hierarchical system of dominance we call the Patriarchy, and explore how we can churn it back into the soil of our Mother to use as fertilizer for a New Earth.

From crossover days to coronation days – celebrating the shifts in the phases of our menstrual cycle as sacred thresholds for transformation.

love from our listeners

I’m so grateful that my daughter will have this podcast as a resource as she moves into adolescence. I’m certain it will contribute to a paradigm shift for girls and women to relate to their bodies with awe and to harness the potency of each cycle of their lives.

Have you been journeying with us?
Your voice is a part of the conversation.

Our soul-nourishing casual check-ins fell into a natural rhythm. Though we had each walked our womb-led journeys individually, those paths bloomed into a sacred sisterhood rooted in shared experiences and timeless reverence.

Our conversations spiraled through our inner seasons — reflecting on how they moved through us, shaped our lives, and revealed the undeniable women cycling inside our psyche. Then one evening over dinner, during one of our usual cycle check-ins, Brenda’s eyes lit up as she said, “I think we should do a podcast.” It was as though the next breadcrumb on our path had been revealed — an organic unfolding we were destined to follow.

Since then, gathering in the Red Temple has felt like a seamless flow — sipping ceremonial cacao, chanting, and musing on the magic of our menstrual cycles. It is an honor to walk this path in devotion, and to weave this journey together with you.

Tied together with red thread.
Forever tethered, in blood, we are bonded.
